I absolutely adored the beautiful Balinese decoration throughout the hotel. The intricate carvings, colorful textiles, and traditional artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made me feel like I was truly experiencing the authentic culture of Bali. The general areas of the hotel, such as the gardens and sun terrace, were well-maintained and provided peaceful spots to relax and enjoy the stunning views. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy pathways to navigate and enough seating options for resting along the way.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests.

Totally recommend this hotel, I would love to come back here some time. The venue is wonderful and lovely and nestled in a nice building. It has amazing, marvellous setting, so close to the sea, the waterfront, and Seraya. The rooms are stunning with awesome openair bathroom and the staff are welcoming. Great service, the breakfast was really tasty and they have free parking if needed. The pool is nice...

During my stay at Seraya, I was blown away by the breathtaking Infinity pool. The view of the ocean was absolutely mesmerizing. The room I was assigned was spacious, with a large terrace and comfortable twin beds. I appreciated the unlimited supply of drinkable water in the room and the delightful breakfast by the ocean.
I did encounter some cleanliness issues, which resulted in itching, skin irritations, and swellings. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly.

The ocean view from the room was breathtaking and the sound of crashing waves was so calming. The infinity pool was also a highlight, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious.
The room was a bit hot and humid due to the lack of air conditioning, but the pedestal fan helped keep it cooler. The bathroom was open but private, and the shower took a few minutes for the hot water to come through.

This serene coastal retreat was the perfect place to unwind, with amazing ocean views and the sounds of crashing waves. the spacious bungalows were immaculate and boasted picturesque outdoor bathrooms. the infinity pool was a pleasant spot to relax, and borrowing a yoga mat from reception was a convenient bonus. the staff went above and beyond, with Santo's helpfulness in arranging taxis and motorbike hire being particularly noteworthy.
Although the location of the hotel was idyllic, it was quite far from the village and could be expensive to access without your own transportation.

We recently stayed at a beachfront hotel in East Bali and it was a great experience. the location was ideal, as it was within a 20, minute drive to most of the main attractions in the area. Our room was spacious, and we enjoyed the private wrap, around balcony and outdoor sitting area. the hotel staff were polite and friendly, and the food was excellent.
, As we found the glass coffee table and windows in need of a good cleaning. some amenities were missing, such as toiletries and a functioning Wi, Fi connection.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and impressive, providing enhanced comfort and a sense of tranquility. The staff here are top-notch, offering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. We were delighted to find that there was a wide range of amenities available to us, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The hotel also provided a convenient airport shuttle service, making our arrival and departure seamless. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals served at the dining restaurant, particularly the special diet menus that catered to our dietary needs.
This place is highly recommended for everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
